Mad Hatter Tea

We're all a little mad here, but you'd be far more than mad to not like this tea. We wanted to have a tea that reminded of the little jelly filled teacakes one might have found at the March Hare's tea party. There's a nice fruity sweetness from the combination of Strawberry and Rose Petals that is nicely balanced by the tart acidity of the Hibiscus and Lemon Peel. All of this is rounded out by a nice bit of Ginger Kick, just to keep you on your toes.
