This is an interesting one. Right off the bat, you can smell all the ingredients in the steep. They play against each other quite nicely. On first taste, thyme comes through quite strongly, supported by the rosemary and peppermint flavors. The smoothness of the chamomile is present underneath the other flavors, giving it a nice base. As it cools, the chamomile comes forward, giving it a more balanced taste between all the ingredients.
